What is it?
Agent Launchpad removes the two biggest barriers to entering real estate: the upfront cost of classes and the gap between getting licensed and becoming a full-time agent. You can access a scholarship that covers the cost of your real estate classes, and after you’re licensed, there are two paths: a limited-seat referral-only track with JPG coaching (by invitation), or continuing your growth through Keller-Williams’ standard training and coaching. The result: you get licensed, earn income and build a runway, and step into full-time real estate on your terms; without taking the financial leap first.

If accepted and not-yet-licensed, begin your real estate classes within 30 days of onboarding. - Get licensed
Complete coursework and obtain your real estate license within 6 months of onboarding. - Place your license in a referral-only company
Qualified participants may park their license in a referral-only company to earn referral commissions without conducting transactions. - Start referral activity with structure
Build a substantial list of people you already know and use our simple, professional outreach training to identify who plans to buy or sell within the next 12 months. - Weekly update + coaching
Submit a weekly update and, once licensed, attend at least one coaching session per month.

What does “classes at no cost to you” mean?
This refers only to the cost of the real estate classes. You would still be responsible for the KSCORE application fee (~$50), and any fees associated with obtaining your license, such as testing fees.
Do I have to be licensed to participate?
No, but if you are not-yet-licensed, you must be willing to get licensed within 6 months.
Is this passive income?
No. It requires follow-through: licensing, basic tracking, and relationship-based outreach. If you’re looking for a hands-off arrangement, this won’t be a fit.
How much money will I make?
We don’t promise outcomes or quote income numbers. Results depend on follow-through, consistency, and the real situations in your network. This track is designed to create clarity through action, not hype.
What will I actually do each week?
You’ll build a list of people you already know, do simple outreach, and track activity with a short weekly scorecard. You’ll also have access to coaching to keep the process clear and professional. If you are not-yet-licensed, you will submit weekly updates on your coursework progress.
Do I have to show homes or write contracts?
No. This is a referral-only lane. You don’t have to hold showings, write offers, or manage contracts to earn referral commissions. Your role is to identify and connect qualified people to our team.
What happens if I don’t move forward after applying?
If it’s not a fit, we’ll tell you directly. If you are accepted but do not begin or complete licensing within the expected window, your spot may be paused or released so we can protect quality and follow-through. Refer to the Participation Agreement for a comprehensive list of requirements to remain in the Agent Launchpad program.
