“I couldn't be happier with my experience with The JPG. I stumbled on a home myself as I was just getting started with them, but Pat and the JPG team were amazing to work with. I knew I had to jump on the deal quickly or it would be gone and Pat was 100% on board from the start with the constant communication. I must add I was an out-of-state buyer that was moving to Ohio. So, communication was very important in this situation. They were ahead of the whole process outlining every step of the way, what was happening, and they communicated with the lender and title agency, so I felt like I had to do almost nothing but show up to the closing. They had top notch referrals for inspectors and trades companies that had given a quote for some of the repairs we asked for.
