Full-Time Producing Agent Referral
$2,000 paid after the candidate obtains their real estate license and officially joins our team as a full-time producing agent.
$3,000 paid 12 months after the candidate’s licensing date, provided they remain a full-time producing agent on our team.
$1,000 paid annually thereafter, beginning 12 months after the $3,000 payment, provided they remain a full-time producing agent on our team.
Launchpad Referral
Launchpad is a lower-risk path for people who are curious about real estate, but not ready to leave their current career or jump in full-time just yet.
And if you have never heard of Launchpad before, you are not behind. We created it specifically for our team because we kept meeting great people who were interested in real estate, but needed a smarter way to explore it.
$500 paid after the candidate obtains their real estate license and joins Launchpad.
If the candidate later transitions to a full-time producing agent role on our team, the recruiter becomes eligible for the retention incentives described above. The initial $2,000 hiring incentive does not apply.
Additional Terms
Future incentive payments are earned only while the referred candidate remains an active full-time producing agent on our team.
If the referred candidate leaves the team before a scheduled incentive milestone, any unpaid future incentives are forfeited.
All incentive payments are subject to applicable tax reporting requirements.
